Returns and Exchanges

Due to the unique and fragile nature of these original works, each sale is considered final. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. I encourage all collectors to review the high-resolution images and descriptions carefully. Please be aware that textures and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the lighting in your space.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

1. Your order number.
2. Clear photos of the damage to the artwork.
3. Photos of the external packaging (even if it looks undamaged).

Once we have verified the damage, we will coordinate the return of the damaged piece and provide a replacement.
